Dartmoor Bouldering - A Collection of Granite Sandbags

Living in Plymouth, I'm fortunate to have Dartmoor National Park as my local climbing playground. Unfortunately, the granite on Dartmoor is some of the sharpest I've encountered and makes everything considerably harder than the grade suggests. A friend of mine frequently says "if you can climb a grade on Dartmoor, you can climb it anywhere in the world", and this couldn't be more true. On the bright side, the routes are still cool, the views are beautiful and when you climb anywhere else you feel like a beast with indestructible skin.
